Online Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds apply to the cost of the item(s) only and exclude original shipping fees. The cost of the return label may also be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the returned items' arrival at our location. Please contact us to confirm your return eligibility.

Food items (non-perishable): Must be unopened and undamaged to be eligible for return.

Home goods: May be returned if unused, even if opened. Please note: a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain items if the outer packaging has been opened.
Note: Deli and dairy items—including cheese, fish, meat, poultry, and milk—are non-refundable.
If an item in your order arrives damaged, we are happy to send a replacement at no additional cost or provide store credit for the value of the damaged item.

In Store Purchase Return Policy
Unopened products can be returned for store credit or exchange within 10 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt.
Note: Deli and dairy items, including cheese, fish, meat, poultry, and milk, are non-refundable.
All sales on discounted or clearance items are final.
Catering Refund Policy

Order Timing: Catering orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute orders, please call (323) 939-7792 or email help@mrmarcel.com. If we can accommodate your request on shorter notice, we will do our best to assist. Please note that all catering orders are for local delivery only.

Payment: All catering orders will be charged the full amount once the order details are confirmed by our team via email or phone, following receipt of the online order.

Cancellation Policy:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup will not be eligible for a refund.
- Orders canceled between 24–48 hours in advance will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Orders canceled 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
